Despite what many may consider a good job and that we might assume that most adults possess solid financial literacy skills, a Wall Street Journal editor writes about his experience of living paycheck-to-paycheck. He does not live this way on a regular basis nor does this necessarily means he lacks financial skills. However, the reality is that he has found himself in this position after a new move and some other emergency expenses.
